Why Local?

What we choose to put into our bodies should be a very important decision. Choosing whole foods, grains and vegetables is always the way to go. Whole foods are not processed, not enriched, fortified, or genetically modified, and are in their most natural state.
It is always best to choose food that is fresh, in season, and local to the area you live. Food should look good, smell good, taste good, and feel good, from the garden or farm to your table.
